The ranch has two divisons located in Waurika and Caddo, Oklahoma.
The Waurika Divison is located in the southwestern part of the state at the intersection of State Highway 70 and 81, 110 miles south of Oklahoma City, 120 miles northwest of Dallas/Fort Worth, and 50 miles west of Ardmore, Oklahoma.
The Caddo Divison is 9 miles east of Caddo, Oklahoma on State Highway 22. Caddo is located 120 miles east of Waurika in the southeastern part of the state, 40 miles north of Sherman/Dennison, 130 miles south of Oklahoma City and 60 miles east of Ardmore.
